WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE USED IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
All of our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to create safe + sustainable products. They’re never tested on animals. For our candles, we use natural soy wax that is 100% domestically-grown + cotton core wicks. We use soy because it is a non-toxic + natural product that burns cleaner + more evenly. Our scents are a blend of fragrance + essential oils that are phthalate free + clean.
ARE YOUR SCENTS STRONG?
Our candles scent throw is mild + light. Our candles are not to overpower but are meant to freely scent a space with soft fragrant notes and be enjoyed daily. To ensure that your space is well-scented, we encourage purchasing products based on space size.
- Smaller Spaces: 4 oz candles + our Room Mists for a quick atmosphere refresher
- Medium Spaces: 8 oz candles, Reed Diffuser
- Large Spaces: 16 oz Large candles, or two 8 oz candles

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY PRODUCT?
At this time, we do not offer customizations.
DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE LABELING?
We currently do not offer private labeling at this time.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
We can’t guarantee changes to orders once submitted, but we can try our best. Please contact us at info@namascentscandleco.com Address changes are a bit more complex to update within our system. To avoid delays in ordering, please double check the shipping information before you complete your order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We use USPS priority mail. Orders are assembled + packed in the order they are received, within 5 business days. Once orders are shipped, domestic orders can take up to 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on location. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has left our studio.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Local Pickup is temporarily disabled at this time. We will update this section and our shipping announcements when this option is live.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
We from time to time we'll include tealight samples in orders but if you would like to try a specific scent before you commit to a larger size, please check out our sample packs.
CAN I SEND A CANDLE AS A GIFT?
You sure can! Be sure to include your gift messaging at checkout, we’ll take care of the rest.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our products + processing, all sales are final. we do not accept returns.
WHAT DO I DO? MY PRODUCT(S) ARRIVED DAMAGED / I AM MISSING SOMETHING...
Products are packed with extra packaging to ensure no damages. However, we understand that things do happen. If your package arrives damaged, we will happily replace. Please email us at info@namascentscandleco.com within 5 days of your package arrival. In the subject line, title your email "Shipping Damage" + in the body of your email, please provide a description of the problem + clear pictures of the damages. We will respond accordingly.
CAN I REUSE MY JARS/BOTTLES?
Yes! Be sure that your bottles/jars are free + cleaned of product before use. You can reuse them for many household needs - planters, vanity storage, fav hair product bottles - the possibilities are endless!
