SHIPPING + RETURNS
Most orders ship within 5 business days after being received. Shipping notifications are sent via email with tracking info once your order ships, so you can track it along the way.
We use USPS priority + first class shipping services, which can take up to 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on location. Due to the impacts of COVID-19, packages shipped via USPS priority mail + first class services may take longer to arrive.
All orders are processed in the order they are received. To be fair to our customers and processing, we are unable to 'rush' orders within our queue.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
If you are local to our studio, you may shop our collection online + select 'local pickup'. Our studio is located at 520 Forrest Street, Suite 302 Baltimore, MD 21202 (please note, there is no elevator within the building for customer use). Local pickup notifications with arrangements will be sent via email.
Due to the nature of our products + processing, we do not accept returns/exchanges.
We will happily replace any order that is damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please email us at email@example.com as soon as you receive your package.
In the subject line, title your email "Shipping Damage" + in the body of your email, please provide a description of the problem + a clear picture of the damage. We will respond accordingly.
