SHIPPING
Most orders ship within 7 business days after being received. Once your order heads out, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow your smell goods along the way.
We use usps ground advantage, which typically take 2–5 business days to arrive depending on your location.
All orders are processed in the order they’re received. To keep things fair for all scentlovers, we’re unable to rush or skip orders in our queue.
BFCM note: During black friday + cyber monday weekend, order volumes are much higher than usual. Processing times may extend beyond our standard window while we move through the rush. We appreciate your patience during this busy season.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products + processing, we do not accept returns/exchanges.
We will happily replace any order that is damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@namascentscandleco.com as soon as you receive your package.
In the subject line, title your email "Shipping Damage" + in the body of your email, please provide a description of the problem + a clear picture of the damage. We will respond accordingly.
